About the Role:
As a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will play a vital role in our healthcare team. You will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders, providing individualized therapy services to help them achieve their goals. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that prioritize each patient's unique needs and preferences.
Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose patients with communication and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' communication and swallowing needs
Provide speech and language therapy services to patients, including individualized sessions and group therapy
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, treatments, and progress
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
