Job Summary
We are seeking a per diem Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic healthcare team at Pearl Pavilion in Freeport, IL. As an OT, you will play a vital role in helping our patients regain independence and improve their overall quality of life. This per diem position offers the flexibility to choose your schedule and work as many or as few days as you like.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement personalized occupational therapy plans to meet the unique needs of our patients
Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to patients in our Assisted Living facility
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Conduct patient assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement
Develop and modify therapy plans based on patient progress and needs
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and therapy sessions
