What You’ll Do

As a Residential Service Electrician, you’ll be responsible for delivering safe, professional, and high-quality electrical service in residential homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential electrical systems

• Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings, repairs, and options

• Perform full electrical system inspections to prevent future issues

• Present repair and upgrade options using company pricing tools

• Maintain a clean, organized truck and professional job site

• Follow all safety standards, codes, and company procedures

• Participate in training, morning meetings, and team development

• Meet service, quality, and performance expectations

• Represent the company with integrity, professionalism, and care

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the electrical trade

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must pass background check and random drug testing

• Knowledge of current electrical codes and safety practices

Preferred (Not Required)

• Residential service experience

• Sales or performance-based service experience

• Additional trade certifications or education

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 15–20 lbs regularly

• Comfortable climbing stairs and working in residential environments

• Ability to work extended hours when needed (up to 12-hour days)

Compensation & Benefits

Pay & Incentives

• $30 /hour to start, based on experience

• Transition to performance-based pay after training and approval

• $10 bonus for each 5-star Google review that mentions you by name

• Estimated total compensation: $65,000–$200,000 annually (performance-based)
