What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop HVAC service technicians
- Oversee scheduling, workflow, and job quality
- Ensure compliance with safety, licensing, and company standards
- Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Driving service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team accountability
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years HVAC experience
- Leadership experience required
- EPA 608 Certification
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Career-minded, adaptable, and customer-focused
