Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and driven Registered Nurse (RN) who is looking for more than just a job—this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care in alignment with individualized care plans, physician orders, and clinical best practices
• Perform ongoing assessments of resident conditions, identifying changes and initiating appropriate clinical interventions
• Safely prepare and administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic procedures within scope of practice
• Coordinate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and support staff to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Provide education and clinical guidance to residents and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and health management
• Lead, delegate, and oversee nursing assistants and support staff to ensure care is delivered effectively and safely
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Participate in and support initiatives related to infection prevention, quality improvement, and patient safety
• Respond to acute changes in condition and emergency situations with sound clinical judgment and adherence to protocol
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, professional standards, and confidentiality expectations
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Wyoming, in good standing
• Current CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across a range of clinical conditions and acuity levels
• Strong clinical assessment skills, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise, delegate, and support nursing staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
