Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and driven Registered Nurse (RN) who is looking for more than just a job—this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day. Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive nursing care in alignment with individualized care plans, physician orders, and clinical best practices
Perform ongoing assessments of resident conditions, identifying changes and initiating appropriate clinical interventions
Safely prepare and administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic procedures within scope of practice
Coordinate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and support staff to ensure continuity and quality of care
Provide education and clinical guidance to residents and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and health management
Lead, delegate, and oversee nursing assistants and support staff to ensure care is delivered effectively and safely
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
Participate in and support initiatives related to infection prevention, quality improvement, and patient safety
Respond to acute changes in condition and emergency situations with sound clinical judgment and adherence to protocol
Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, professional standards, and confidentiality expectations
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Wyoming, in good standing
Current CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across a range of clinical conditions and acuity levels
Strong clinical assessment skills, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise, delegate, and support nursing staff
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
