- Coordinate all aspects of the admission process from initial inquiry to resident intake
- Guide families through Medicare, Medicaid, private pay, and insurance processes with clarity and honesty
- Build relationships with referral sources, hospitals, and community partners
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to support census goals and community outreach
- Ensure seamless transitions by working with the clinical and administrative teams to make every first impression count
- Creatively shape “Day One” experiences that include thoughtful welcomes, room setup, and resident orientation
- Maintain accurate documentation and support compliance with all state and federal guidelines
- Experience in healthcare admissions, case management, or long-term care navigation
- Expertise in Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Warm, enthusiastic personality with a natural ability to connect with people
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
