This role will play a key part in ensuring that inventory, procurement, scheduling, and project logistics are executed efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive and comfortable managing both administrative and hands-on responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Clearance RequirementU.S. Citizenship requiredApplicants must beable to pass a Background Check.Primary Responsibilities:Support project planning and scheduling, track progress, and coordinate resources to meet deadlines.Oversee inventory, coordinate shipments, and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely procurement and delivery.Manage daily office operations, including supply maintenance, equipment, and scheduling support for team activities.Handle procurement and perform monthly invoicing activities, ensuring accuracy, timely submission, and record-keeping for project billing.Monitor and report on work in progress (WIP) to ensure projects stay on schedule and identify any potential delays or issues.Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.Ensure communications with customers are clear and consistent from initial award through delivery.Physical RequirementsMust be able to receive, organize, and manage inventory; lift up to 50 pounds; and sit or stand for extended periods as needed.Education/Certifications:1 year of experience in project coordination, logistics, supply chain, or a related operational role.Strong understanding of project coordination, logistics, and procurement processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with Monday.com or other project tracking tools is a plus.Key Skills:High attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationAnalytical mindset with a problem-solving approachStrong Excel skillsCompensation & BenefitsIn-office requirement this role is based at our office (Millersville, MD)Hourly-based position at a minimum of 32 hours per week.Compensation commensurate with experience.Equal Opportunity EmployerPEAKE hires based solely on business needs and the qualifications of each individual.
