Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, property managers, and building owners.
- Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities for new construction, re-roof, and service projects.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and client presentations as needed.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation through project handoff.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate scope, pricing, and customer satisfaction.
- Track opportunities, pipeline, and performance metrics through CRM tools.
- Stay current on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of commercial roofing sales experience (required).
- Proven track record of success in new construction, re-roof, and service sales.
- Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, coatings, metal, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications (preferred).
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $85K–$135K (depending on experience) Commission
- Company Truck and Gas Card Provided
