Why This Role Stands Out

If you are a BCBA ready to step into a leadership role where you can shape clinical quality, support your team, and build something meaningful, this position offers the opportunity to do that without unnecessary corporate bureaucracy.

At Peak Potential Therapy, we prioritize:

  • Strong clinical standards and ethical care
  • A supportive and accountable team culture
  • Clear structure with room to lead and improve systems
  • Stability and long-term growth

This role is designed for a clinician who wants to expand beyond caseload management and have a direct impact on team performance, clinical consistency, and overall operations.
