Salary Range:
$110,000- 118,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal policies.
- Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives and quality improvement programs.
- Monitor clinical outcomes, staff performance, and resident satisfaction to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory nursing role, preferably in skilled nursing or long-term care
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with electronic health records and basic computer applications
