We are looking for a Chiropractic Assistant to assist the Chiropractor with a variety of administrative and patient care tasks. Responsibilities will include guiding patients through and putting patients on therapy and treatments, making follow-up calls, performing initial consultations, scheduling clients and answering phones when needed, and some light cleaning. Our ideal candidate has experience in healthcare administration, preferably in a chiropractic or rehabilitation setting. The assistant will help organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. One of the main roles is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
