What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chiropractic & Therapy Assistant position at Adams Chiropractic Health Center?
This is a hands-on, on-your-feet job. You’ll lead patients through exercises and stretches and set them up on therapy. No degree or prior experience is needed. What we care about most is a willingness to jump in and learn. Our physical therapist and doctors will train you on our exercise programs and therapy equipment. If you have a background in personal training, fitness, or therapy, that’s welcome too.
Main Responsibilities, but not all, include:
- Guide patients through prescribed exercises and stretches, with attention to form and safety.
- Set up and monitor therapy modalities, including hot/cold packs, electrical stimulation, traction/decompression, ultrasound, and laser, under the direction of our PT and doctors.
- Prepare treatment areas and keep equipment clean and stocked
- Pitch in during downtime: greeting patients, answering phones, light front desk tasks, laundry, and general office upkeep.
- Keep patients comfortable and encouraged throughout their visits.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
