What You’ll Be Doing
Patient Experience & Care Coordination
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and create a welcoming, positive experience.
- Present and explain doctor-recommended care plans, financial options, and next steps in a clear, confident, and compassionate manner.
- Help patients understand their recommended care and feel comfortable making informed decisions.
- Assist with patient scheduling, follow-up, and ongoing engagement.
- Support patient retention through excellent communication and relationship building.
Clinical & Administrative Support
- Assist patients with therapies, including decompression, cold laser, electrical stimulation, knee traction, and therapeutic exercises, following appropriate training and clinical direction.
- Coordinate patient flow and support daily clinical operations.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, collect payments, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Assist with insurance verification and other administrative responsibilities.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure an efficient and exceptional patient experience.

Experience That Will Set You Apart
We especially welcome candidates with experience in:
- Patient care coordination or treatment plan presentations.
- Consultative sales, customer service, or relationship-based sales.
- Chiropractic, dental, medical, or wellness offices.
- Patient scheduling, payment collection, or financial discussions.
- ChiroTouch or other electronic health record systems.
Previous chiropractic experience is preferred but not required. We’re willing to train the right person who demonstrates strong communication skills, initiative, and a commitment to excellence.
Schedule, Location & Compensation
- Pay: $14–$17 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- Job type: Part-time.
- Hours: Approximately 26–30 hours per week, with the potential to increase to 28–35 hours per week as the practice grows.
- Availability: Monday–Thursday required.
- Primary location: Plano, TX.
- Additional location: Must be willing and able to work occasionally at our Flower Mound office for staff coverage, training, and team support as needed.
- Work arrangement: Fully in-person. This is not a remote position.
