Peak Management is an Authorized Dealer for AT&T looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as an Entry Level Wireless Representative. If you enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and want to build a long-term career in sales, we'd love to meet you.
No previous wireless sales experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.
What You'll Do as an Entry Level Wireless Representative:
- Meet with customers in person to educate them on AT&T's wireless products and services.
- Recommend wireless plans and devices based on each customer's needs.
- Entry Level Wireless Representatives deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after each sale.
- Build relationships with new and existing customers while representing the AT&T brand professionally.
- Entry Level Wireless Representatives answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide personalized solutions.
- Stay informed on current promotions, new products, and service offerings.
- Work toward individual and team sales goals in a collaborative environment.
What We're Looking For in an Entry Level Wireless Representative:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable interacting with customers in person throughout the day.

- Reliable transportation to and from the office.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
