The AT&T Team Member will then explain AT&T’s plans in plain language, recommend devices with accessibility features, and manage account details with extra care.

You'll learn how AT&T Wireless keeps our customers connected to work, family, and entertainment. Then the AT&T Team Member engages with our customers in person, helping them discover how the right AT&T service can enhance their lives.
Key Duties of the AT&T Team Member
- Meet with customers in person to educate them on AT&T's wireless products and services.
- Recommend wireless plans and devices based on each customer's needs.
- AT&T Team Members deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after each sale.
- Build relationships with new and existing customers while representing the AT&T brand professionally.
- AT&T Team Members answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide personalized solutions.
- Stay informed on current promotions, new products, and service offerings.
- Work toward individual and team sales goals in a collaborative environment.
