Windsor Family Dentistry is an established general dentistry clinic seeking a Dental Patient Coordinator to join us full-time! Compensation $18-$23/hr, plus bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience, both in person and over the phone
- Answer calls and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records
- Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts
- Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service
- Keep hygienist and dentist schedules booked efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front office and waiting area
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments
- Assist with light office upkeep (laundry, trash, restocking supplies, etc.)
- 1 years of experience as a dental patient coordinator is required
- Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!)
USD $18.00 - USD $23.00 /Hr.
