- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using medical office software
- Collect and update patient information accurately, including medical histories and insurance details
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding pre-visit instructions and follow-up care
- Coordinate with clinical staff to prepare patient charts and ensure all necessary documentation is complete
- Assist with billing procedures, insurance claims, and payment processing
- Maintain organized records of patient interactions, appointments, and correspondence in compliance with privacy regulations
- Must be comfortable managing a puppy while working the front desk duties
Requirements
- Interest in complementary care and alternative modalities a plus
- Prior experience working in a medical or spa highly preferred
- Proven ability to provide excellent medical administrative support in a busy healthcare setting
