Clinical (Dental Assistant Duties)
- Assist the doctor during orthodontic procedures (braces, adjustments, bonding, debanding, etc.)
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
- Take digital X-rays, scans, and photos
- Ensure patient comfort and provide clear instructions during visits
- Maintain strict infection control and safety standards
- Present treatment plans in a clear, friendly, and confident manner
- Explain procedures, timelines, and financial options to patients
- Verify insurance benefits and coordinate payment arrangements
- Help patients feel informed and excited about starting treatment
- Follow up with pending treatment and build strong patient relationships
- Dental Assisting experience required (orthodontic experience preferred)
- Strong communication skillsâyou can explain complex info in a simple, reassuring way
- Confidence discussing finances and closing treatment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask with ease
- A positive, team-first attitude and genuine passion for patient care
