- Keep the office running smoother than freshly polished teeth
- Lead, motivate, and occasionally caffeinate our amazing team
- Manage scheduling like a Tetris champion
- Handle patient relations with warmth, professionalism, and maybe a joke or two
- Oversee billing, insurance, and front desk operations without breaking a sweat
- Ensure compliance, organization, and top-tier patient experience
