đ Position Overview:
This hybrid role blends hands-on clinical assisting with patient-focused financial and treatment coordination. Youâll play a key role in both delivering care and helping patients confidently move forward with their treatment plans.
đȘ„ What Youâll Be Doing:
Clinical (Dental Assistant Duties):
- Assist the doctor during orthodontic procedures (braces, adjustments, bonding, debanding, etc.)
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
- Take digital X-rays, scans, and photos
- Ensure patient comfort and provide clear instructions during visits
- Maintain strict infection control and safety standards
Coordination (Treatment Plan Coordinator Duties):
- Present treatment plans in a clear, friendly, and confident manner
- Explain procedures, timelines, and financial options to patients
- Verify insurance benefits and coordinate payment arrangements
- Help patients feel informed and excited about starting treatment
- Follow up with pending treatment and build strong patient relationships

- Dental Assisting experience required (orthodontic experience preferred)
