When, Where, and What You’ll Earn:
When:
- Currently looking for full-time employees available to work Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm and/or 1pm-7:30pm.
Where:
- We offer sessions in-clinic located in Naperville, IL 60563
What You’ll Earn:
- $18-$28 per hour, depending on your experience and certifications
Day in the life as an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT®):
Under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®), you'll play a vital role in healthcare, working hands-on to implement behavior plans, track progress, and support clients' skill development. You'll collaborate closely with caregivers to meet clients' unique needs while maintaining accurate documentation and showing compassion. This position involves assisting clients with daily activities, such as potty training, and addressing mild to moderate behaviors. It's a dynamic role perfect for those who enjoy being active, engaging, teaching, and making a meaningful impact on a child's future, one session at a time.

Requirements:
- RBT Certificate
- Must be over the age of 18
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Clear Background Check
- Patient, compassionate, and driven to help children achieve their individualized goals
- Reliable transportation and/or ability to travel
- Ability to stand, sit, run for extensive periods of time and lift at least 40 lbs
Preferred:
- Bilingual
- Experience in the ABA field, child care, and school settings
- Safety-Care Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- Anaphylaxis & EpiPen Certificate
