- Perform residential HVAC maintenance for our membership clients (filter changes, coil cleanings, performance checks, etc.)
- Communicate clearly and kindly with dispatch, your manager, and customers
- Provide friendly, respectful service that keeps members renewing year after year
- Keep your van clean, stocked, and organized
- Document all work performed accurately and professionally
- Spot potential system issues and share your findings with the team
- Represent the Peaden brand with pride and professionalism
- HVAC techs with basic experience-or hard workers ready to learn
- EPA certification preferred, but not required
- You enjoy working with people and can explain things in simple terms
- You're dependable, organized, and ready to be part of a winning team
- You want full-time hours with a Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM schedule
- You live within 30 miles of Fort Walton Beach, FL

- At least three years of U.S. driving experience
- No major violations in the past three years, such as DUIs, reckless driving, or license suspensions
- A record free of multiple recent moving violations or preventable accidents
