As an Experienced Residential Service Electrician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems while delivering exceptional customer service.
This is more than a service role-you'll educate homeowners, provide professional recommendations, and help customers make informed decisions about the safety and reliability of their home's electrical system.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues safely and efficiently.
- Perform electrical inspections and identify code or safety concerns.
- Install, repair, and replace residential electrical components and systems.
- Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options.
- Present solutions and provide accurate estimates.
- Complete work in accordance with National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements and company standards.
- Document completed work using company technology.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service vehicle.
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every service call.
- Participate in ongoing technical and professional development.
- Residential electrical service experience required.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of residential electrical systems and current electrical codes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to explain technical information in a clear and professional manner.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture.
