Ideal Candidate

• Board Certified NP or PA
• Demonstrated experience in the clinical management of adult patients in an outpatient setting
• BC-ADM Credential and/or CDCES required; can be obtained after hire
• Experience with continuous Glucose Monitors and insulin pumps a bonus

• Guaranteed first-year income range, based on years of direct experience (0-3, 3-5, 5-10, 10 ): $126,776.00-$160,305.00
