Schedule: 9/80 (Training Mon–Fri; then Fri–Sun 12hr shifts)

Overview

Seeking a hands-on Electrical Test Engineer to support development and troubleshooting of automated test systems. This role works across both hardware and software in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software test systems

• Develop and support automated test solutions (LabVIEW)

• Work with multi-rack test stations and test equipment

• Review and improve test procedures

• Support manufacturing and engineering teams

• Reverse engineer and document existing systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience) 4 YOE

• LabVIEW experience or certification (required)

• Experience with both hardware and software testing

• Strong troubleshooting skills

• Ability to read electrical schematics

• U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person required due to Government regulations

• Experience with RF systems

• Avionics or aerospace background

• Experience with test equipment (oscilloscopes, analyzers, etc.)

• Exposure to C# or other programming languages

Additional Info

• Onsite role in Melbourne, FL

• Training schedule: Mon–Fri (first 4–6 weeks)

• Weekend shift after training (Fri–Sun, 12-hour shifts)

• Opportunity for extension or long-term placement

Pay Details: 75.00 to 80.00 per hour
