Pay Details: $72.00 to $75.00 per hour

What You’ll Do
As a senior leader in Integrated Supply Chain (ISC), you’ll own the successful execution of large-scale, complex projects across multiple functions and stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end execution of integrated supply chain projects—defining scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Ensure on-time product delivery aligned with Army customer requirements
- Act as the primary escalation point for critical supplier, operational, and customer issues
- Drive past-due delivery reduction across the Army portfolio to achieve zero backlog targets
- Develop recovery plans, corrective actions, and long-term improvement strategies
- Facilitate internal and customer-facing meetings to communicate progress, risks, and solutions
- Build and maintain project tracking mechanisms to monitor performance and trigger timely interventions
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sourcing, Engineering, Materials Management, and more to resolve systemic issues
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery, quality, and operational performance
- Oversee Army customer ramp-up plans, including readiness, staffing, and capital planning
- Engage directly with suppliers and internal sites to remove barriers and accelerate execution
- Deliver detailed status reports and performance metrics to senior leadership and customers
- Utilize tools like SAP, Excel, and enterprise systems to manage data-driven execution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6–8 years of experience in project management, supply chain, logistics, or operations
- Strong expertise in SAP and Excel
- Exceptional communication skills—able to influence across teams and stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with minimal oversight
- Highly organized, self-driven, and accountable leadership style
- Experience supporting U.S. Army, DoD, or defense-related programs
- Background in aerospace, defense, ground systems, or sustainment operations
