Are you ready to evaluate, analyze, design, and implement data governance solutions? PDS Tech Commercial is looking for an experienced Sr. Data Analyst to join our team in Tempe, AZ!

As a Sr. Data Analyst at PDS Tech Commercial, you will be responsible for maintaining and configuring information governance systems and COMPANY common information model. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting internal COMPANY business stakeholders and ensuring adherence to enterprise information architecture principles.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Maintain and configure Data Management technical infrastructure (Collibra Data Intelligence Platform, Collibra Data Quality, Erwin Data Modeling, and Sparx Enterprise Architect).
• Collaborate with integration department on system integrations and service-oriented architectures (SOA).
• Work with Analytics Center of Excellence on enterprise initiatives, including Dataiku and Snowflake repository.
• Lead projects/initiatives to support product roadmaps for enterprise applications.
• Consult on information and data governance with COMPANY Information System projects and teams.
• Develop workflows, integrations, and capabilities to support enterprise data management tools.
• Support data governance communication within the company.
• Adhere to COMPANY information principles, policies, and privacy practices.
• Support Data Services related to data quality, data cataloging, data modeling, and assessments.
• Provide data architecture support for Collibra metamodel and integrate with other data repositories.
• Develop written materials supporting data services.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members.
• Participate in the Data Stewardship Program supporting individual data stewards.
  
  

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum of 10 years of cumulative experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences and/or Information Management (preferred).
• Minimum of three years in Data Governance and/or Data Management professional roles.
• Strong organizational, project management, and leadership skills.
• Deep understanding of data governance activities, including data cataloging, data quality, and data modeling.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong service orientation and ability to establish effective working relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives and staff.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge in enterprise administration of systems such as Collibra Data Catalog, Collibra Data Quality, Erwin Data Modeling, and Enterprise Architect/Sparx Data Modeler.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing priorities professionally.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• High ethical standards and strict confidentiality of data, projects, and strategy.
• Proven ability to maintain and update technical knowledge and skills.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $71.89 per hour
