PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading manufacturing company to hire level III Maintenance Technicians. In this role, you'll help keep vital material handling equipment (MHE), automation systems, facilities infrastructure, and production support systems operating safely and efficiently in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
Location: Olive Branch, MS | Pay: $24-$31/hour
Schedule(s):
Nights - Wed 11P-5A and Thur-Sat 5P-5A
Nights - Sun-Tues 5P-5A and Wed 5P-11P
Days - Wed 11A-5P and Thur-Sat 5A-5P
Days - Sun-Tues 5AM-5PM and Wed 5AM-11AM
What You'll DoPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on material handling equipment (MHE), automation systems, and facility infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and robotic systems.
Use a CMMS (work order system) to manage maintenance activities.
Perform maintenance on lighting, plumbing, welding, carpentry, and building systems.
Support battery maintenance and equipment inspections.
Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment.
Assist with continuous improvement projects.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Work with team members to quickly resolve equipment issues.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 5 to 10 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, material handling systems, or facility maintenance.
Trade school or related education may be combined with experience.
Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to use a CMMS system.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays in a 24/7 operation.
Ability to operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment.
Must be able to obtain and pass WSI certification.
Lift up to 75 lbs regularly.
Work at heights and in various positions.
Operate hand tools and powered industrial equipment safely.
Work in environments with heat, cold, dust, noise, and moving machinery.
Work with advanced automation and robotics technology.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $31.00 per hour
