We are seeking a creative and self-directed Training & Change Management Specialist to support corporate change initiatives through the development and delivery of engaging training programs and enterprise communications. You’ll work across departments and employee levels to design and implement training materials, facilitate workshops, and support change management efforts that align with evolving program maturity and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training products and communications that support the people side of change for systems, projects, and corporate initiatives
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training workshops
- Identify people-side risks and resistance points; develop targeted change management materials
- Conduct independent research and problem-solving to propose solutions and improvements
- Adjust project tasks and deliverables based on feedback and evolving needs
- Maintain accurate records, schedule facilities, and coordinate project logistics
- Test and validate accuracy of all training and communication materials
- Collaborate with employees, contractors, leaders, and subject-matter experts to simplify complex topics
- Support onboarding of interns or contractors and perform administrative tasks as needed
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across all employee levels
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience creating computer-based training, job aids, reference materials, and multimedia content
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), Camtasia, and Audacity
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing corporate initiatives
- Experience with Vyond or other video creation tools
- Familiarity with project management tools (ideally Workfront)
- Background in communications, teaching, or instructional design
- Understanding of change management principles and growth mindset practices
