What You’ll Do
As a Financial Analyst, you’ll blend analytical thinking with cross-functional collaboration to solve financial challenges and streamline processes:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to resolve invoice payment blocks
- Communicate with vendors to address discrepancies and inquiries, leveraging SAP as needed
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and ensure timely, accurate payments
- Monitor accounts and proactively resolve invoice discrepancies
- Ensure adherence to company policies and financial compliance standards
- Support procurement teams with issue resolution and financial inquiries
- Maintain compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements
- Monitor weekly SAP batch jobs and coordinate resolution of interface errors
- Collaborate across departments including Customer Service, IT, Contracts, Accounting, FP&A, and Program Management
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred)
- 2–3 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting, or financial analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working with SAP systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
