Pay Details: $45.84 per hour

What You’ll Do Day to Day
As a CNC Programmer, your expertise will directly support production efficiency and product quality. Key responsibilities include:
- Programming a variety of CNC manufacturing equipment, including 3- and 5-axis machines, CNC lathes, and routers
- Using CAD/CAM systems to convert engineering drawings and change orders into accurate machine G-code
- Implementing program changes and entering new specifications while ensuring correct revision control
- Programming future jobs while machines are running to maximize production efficiency
- Completing all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Inspecting and evaluating production parts to ensure compliance with blueprint specifications
- Designing, building, and repairing basic mechanical or specialty equipment, jigs, and fixtures as needed
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on assigned equipment and machinery
- Five years of CAD/CAM programming experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings
- High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy
- Knowledge of CNC machines, tools, and their design, use, repair, and maintenance
- Understanding of safe working practices in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to interpret written technical information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience programming complex 3- and 5-axis machining operations
- Background in aviation or other highly regulated manufacturing environments
- Experience designing or modifying fixtures and tooling
