Summary
The Summer Office Intern provides hands-on exposure to a fast-paced, project-driven manufacturing environment, with opportunities to contribute across multiple business areas including Project Management, Human Resources, Finance, and Creative Services.
This internship is ideal for a student or recent graduate looking to gain practical experience, build business acumen, and explore diverse career paths.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support (data entry, filing, scanning, document organization)
- Assist Project Management and Production Planning with timeline tracking, project documentation, and coordination of tasks
- Support Human Resources with onboarding materials, employee records, and internal communications
- Partner with Finance on basic invoice tracking, data entry, and expense organization
- Collaborate with Creative Services on presentation formatting, light design work, and project coordination
- Maintain organized records and support overall office operations

Education/Certification

- Walking, sitting, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling and lifting may be required throughout the workday
- Flexibility to travel between multiple PD locations
