What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Intern position at Fairview Health Services?
Fairview is looking for a Summer Intern to join our Finance team this summer. This part-time internship will support the design, project management, and implementation of a more streamlined finance planning and forecasting tool. The intern will help drive a simplified and accurate planning process intended to significantly reduce the time required for annual planning. Working closely with finance leaders, stakeholders, and the system build team, the intern will help keep the project on track by coordinating meetings, gathering, and documenting stakeholder input, tracking action items and decisions, and maintaining the overall implementation timeline. This role offers hands-on experience in financial planning process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and project execution within a complex organizational environment.
