Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsible for providing administrative support to our executive team with an opportunity to grow into a broader strategic role within the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage and maintain CEO & CFO schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, presentation materials and handouts
  • Manage expense report for select executives.
  • Assist in preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage CEO’s calendar and email to triage and create prioritization.
  • Coordinate and take notes and follow-ups in leadership and sales meetings.
  • Provide general administrative support to the executive team as needed.
  • Welcoming guests and employees in the office.
  • Manage day-to-day office duties to include but not limited to acting as the fire warden, managing maintenance needs, ordering supplies, security badges, kitchen maintenance, etc
  • Managing logistics and catering for company events and meetings.
  • Identify opportunities for the improvement in the effectiveness of the Executive team.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Remote Work Information

Compensation Information

The average salary for this position is expected to be between $45,000 and $60,000/year however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We do not anticipate candidates to be paid at the top of the range however, from time to time, it may occur on a case-by-case basis.
