Description

The Associate Solutions Account Manager (ASAM) - RemedyConnect works to support Solutions Account Managers expand our relationships with OP practices through Remedy Connect Solutions by identifying further business needs and developing solutions with new Remedy Connect services to address those needs. The ASAM will support efforts to grow existing partnerships already leveraging Remedy Connect services that are not utilizing OP services. The individual will be tasked to manage incoming requests (support questions, finance questions, sales leads, etc) and identify what is owned by SAM and in a timely manner to engage the right internal teams as needed. Additionally, they will partner with and support SAMs to generate upsell leads as well as complete analysis on current white space for Remedy solution and identify target practices.

Essential Functions / Tasks / Duties / Responsibilities

  • Support existing Remedy only practices as well as practices with OP and Remedy services.
  • Provide a strategic view on upsell and growth potential through completing assessments of practice websites and current social media presence.
  • Establish a strategic advisor relationship with clients by strategic outreach to understand their practice’s long term strategy and goals. Proactively provide insight on the health of their business and guidance on solutions and steps to bridge the gap to ensure their goals are achieved.
  • Partner with SAMs to complete business review presentations with clients to effectively determine current level of client satisfaction and identify opportunities to expand our current relationship via upsell of new products and services
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Remedy solutions and as needed OP roadmap for delivery of new products and services. Communicate directly with clients to explain features and benefits while addressing any questions related to launch of new products and services throughout the sales process.
  • Ensure all calls, opportunities, and quotes are properly tracked and generated in SFDC
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of competitive solutions, healthcare industry standards and the overall landscape of pediatric medicine
  • Act as client point of contact to handle individual needs, resolve conflicts, and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner

Requirements

Education / Professional Certifications Or Licenses Required

  • Four year college degree from an accredited institution preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • 1-2 years prior sales experience preferred
  • Healthcare IT background preferred
  • Healthcare EMR/PM/Rev Cycle background preferred

Work Environment / Physical Demands/ Travel Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of telephone and computer work
  • Prolonged periods of time sitting
  • Up to 20% travel expected for client visits, trade shows, user conference

$50,000 - $55,000 plus commission
