Position: Skilled Floorkeeper
Job Responsibilities:
✨ Perform floor care duties including buffing, polishing, and maintaining hard surface floors.
Ensure floors are clean, shiny, and maintained according to company standards.
Complete routine cleaning tasks including mopping, sweeping, dusting, and sanitizing assigned areas.
Operate floor care equipment safely and properly.
- Identify and address floor appearance issues, including scuffs, marks, and buildup.
Work independently while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
✅ Qualifications:
✔️ Previous floor care experience required.
✔️ Experience with buffing, burnishing, stripping, waxing, or other floor maintenance preferred.
✔️ Ability to operate floor care equipment safely.
✔️ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
✔️ Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently.
✔️ Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical cleaning duties.
