🧹 Job Responsibilities:
✨ Perform floor care duties including buffing, polishing, and maintaining hard surface floors.
🧼 Ensure floors are clean, shiny, and maintained according to company standards.
🧽 Complete routine cleaning tasks including mopping, sweeping, dusting, and sanitizing assigned areas.
🔧 Operate floor care equipment safely and properly.
⭐ Identify and address floor appearance issues, including scuffs, marks, and buildup.
🗑️ Remove trash and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
🤝 Work independently while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
✅ Qualifications:
✔️ Previous floor care experience required.
✔️ Experience with buffing, burnishing, stripping, waxing, or other floor maintenance preferred.
✔️ Ability to operate floor care equipment safely.
✔️ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
✔️ Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently.
