This role partners closely with Sales, Revenue Management, and hotel leadership to ensure pricing, availability, and restrictions align with market demand and the resort’s overall strategy. What You’ll Do
- Optimize resort inventory strategy by managing room availability, pricing structures, and restriction controls to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Translate sales and revenue strategies into system execution, ensuring rates, packages, and inventory settings are accurately built and maintained.
- Partner with Sales and Revenue leaders to align inventory decisions with group demand, transient opportunities, and market trends.
- Leverage Marriott revenue management systems and market data to analyze performance and identify opportunities to improve yield and drive results.
- Serve as a trusted subject matter expert for inventory strategy, advising leaders on demand trends and opportunities to strengthen commercial performance.
