We’re seeking an innovative and experienced Director of Restaurants to oversee all of our outlets, including The House Restaurant, The Exchange Bar, and our room service operation.
You’ll play a crucial part in fostering a positive and productive work environment, providing guidance and support to our outlets staff, and actively engaging with guests to seek opportunities for enhancement.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Progressive fine dining restaurant management experience
- Demonstrated experience working in hotel outlet operations
- ServSafe Food Manager certification or equivalent
- Advanced knowledge of beer & wine
