- A strong understanding of group, association, and citywide business, with experience selling large-scale meeting space
- Comprehensive knowledge of Marriott systems, sales channels, and brand standards
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across clients, ownership, and internal teams
- Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, and revenue optimization
