We’re hiring a Project Manager to support ground-up industrial and commercial construction projects out of the Tampa region. This role will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure successful delivery across schedule, budget, and quality.
Responsibilities
- :Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction through completio
- nOversee budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting across project
- sDevelop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with field executio
- nLead subcontractor procurement, scope review, and contract managemen
- tCoordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal team
- sManage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and overall project documentatio
- nConduct site visits and partner with field teams to drive progress and resolve issue
- sEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standard
sWhat we’re looking for
- :5–10 years of experience in construction project managemen
- tBackground in ground-up industrial, warehouse, or commercial projects preferre
- dStrong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and contract administratio
- nAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmen
- tProficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling tool
- sStrong communication and client-facing skill
