Project Manager – Ground-Up Construction | Morristown, NJ
Looking for a strong Project Manager to step in and take ownership of projects across industrial and commercial. This role is with a national leading design-build firm.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead ground-up and renovation projects from precon through closeout
- Own budget, schedule, subcontractor management, and client relationships
- Handle buyout, procurement, and contract administration
- Coordinate closely with field teams, design teams, and ownership
- Manage cost tracking, change orders, and overall project performance
- Keep projects moving, on schedule, and on budget
What They’re Looking For:
- 5–10 years of construction experience within project management
- Strong background in industrial / warehouse / commercial construction
- Experience running projects independently (not just supporting)
- Exposure to mixed-use or residential work is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making ability
