CNC Production Machinist -- Precision Components

• Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality machined parts.
• Hold tight tolerances by performing in-process checks and documenting results.
• Follow safety and quality procedures every time—no shortcuts.
• Track production, tooling changes, and inspection data accurately.
• Help keep machines and supplies in top condition through routine care.

• 3 years of hands-on machinist experience with CNC mills and lathes.
• Six months or more of related experience or formal training.
• Comfort reading blueprints or a strong foundation in blueprint basics.
• Skilled with O.D. micrometers, calipers, and plug gauges.
• Math fluency with whole numbers (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Reliable teammate who communicates well and needs minimal supervision.
• Adaptable to frequent changes in procedures and responsibilities.
• Physically able to frequently lift/move up to 25 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs.
• Visual acuity (close and color vision; ability to adjust focus) and manual dexterity for precise work.
• Willingness to follow all company policies and procedures.
