Seasonal Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Location: Silverdale, WA
Duration: 10 weeks (February 3 – April 15)
Overview:
Join our team during the busy tax season to provide essential front-office support. This temporary role assists the full-time receptionist and office staff, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Answer and route incoming calls promptly and accurately
- Process payments and maintain organized records
- Prepare, file, and manage documents
- Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent customer service and clear communication (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
