Summary:
Seeking an Accounting Analyst II with manufacturing experience and strong hands-on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable skills. This role requires problem-solving abilities to research and resolve discrepancies, not just process transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable, including resolving invoice/PO/receiver discrepancies and processing payments (check, ACH/EFT, wire)
- Handle Accounts Receivable functions including invoicing, collections, and applying customer payments
- Investigate and resolve account discrepancies
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of progressive AP/AR experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Experience with systems such as Sage, Fyle, Avalara, QuickBooks, Made2Manage, or JobBOSS2
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
