We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide essential support to residents, assisting with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Shifts Available:

7am - 1pm

7am - 3pm 

3pm -11pm

*part-time, full-time, per diem available

**Every other weekend is a requirement of all positions

Duties

• Provides and assists residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities (such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding).
• Monitor resident vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, particularly those with dementia.
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Document resident care activities accurately using electronic health records systems.
• Works effectively as a team member in the delivery of care and maintains good working relations with staff through appropriate communication.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of nursing assistant course or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Experience working with specific populations such as elders or those requiring dementia care is preferred.
• Familiarity with nursing home and assisted living environments is preferred.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Shows dependability by being punctual; maintains consistent attendance.
• Maintains a safe environment for residents.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at times.
