Full-time, Part-time and Per Diem positions
Shifts Available:

7a-3pm every other weekend required
- 3p-11pm every other weekend required

11pm-7am (every other weekend required)
What You’ll Do
- Assist residents with ADLs according to resident need.
- Monitor resident vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
- Document resident care activities accurately using electronic health records systems.
- Work effectively as a team in the delivery of care.
- Provide compassionate care for residents with dementia and cognitive challenges.

Qualifications:- Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant in the State of Rhode Island.
- Experience in senior care settings, such as assisted living facilities or nursing home, is preferred.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact compassionately with residents and their families.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative in individual responsibilities.
- Previous experience in dementia care is a plus.
Salary : $19 - $21
