About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Risk Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing risks that could impact the organization's financial, operational, and strategic objectives. The Risk Analyst will play a crucial role in developing and implementing risk management strategies to ensure the organization's long-term success.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Conduct vetting process for unsolicited and solicited payer registrations.
- Conduct vetting process for unsolicited and solicited vendor registrations.
- Manage deactivation list of payer and vendor accounts.
- Investigate fraudulent and suspicious activity via PayCargo system.
- Review and manage credit card disputes via Credit Card Processor (daily).
- Review all ACH returns via Cass & TD bank (daily).
- Manage transaction declines through Kount & Bluesnap (daily).
- Conduct fraud assessments via PowerBi Cube (daily & weekly).
- Review and analyze financial statements and documents.
- Review and complete bank forms and documents.
- Denounce and blacklist payer and vendor accounts.
- Manage applications such as Dun & Bradstreet, CLEAR, GIACT, Chargeback 911, Bluesnap, Kount, Trulioo, Monday.com, Salesforce, and Sage.
- Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field(s) preferred.
- 2 - 3 years of experience working in ERM, ORM, or any relevant risk area.
- Professional certifications in risk management or audit (e.g., ARM, CRMA, CIA) are a plus.
