Paxton Marketing is seeking a motivated Video Editor / Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. This is a full-time, on-site position for a professional who is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of producing marketing-focused creative content.
This role is open to both junior-level and experienced candidates, with responsibilities and expectations aligned accordingly.
Key Responsibilities (All Levels)
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, digital advertising, and internal use
- Design clean, professional graphics for social media, paid ads, websites, and presentations
- Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, and light animations when needed
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to execute creative direction
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Junior Video Editor / Graphic Designer
Ideal for early-career creatives looking to grow in a professional environment
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in video editing and/or graphic design
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop
- Familiarity with social media content formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Strong willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve quickly
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Portfolio or sample work required (academic or personal projects accepted)
Experienced Video Editor / Graphic Designer
For seasoned creatives who can work independently and deliver polished results
Qualifications
- 3 years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
